Details

A sophisticated grey toned Banarasi defined by a fine all-over check pattern, created through delicate zari lines that form a subtle geometric grid across the silk broken by wide mashru silk borders with delicate golden & silver floral Kadhwa motifs. The motifs create little moments of shimmer against the muted silk body.

This balance between geometry and florals, matte-like muted colour and luminous zari, restraint and ornamentation gives the saree its distinctive character.

Its lightweight construction and fluid drape make it a particularly easy silk to carry, even when the weather is warm or humid. It brings the refinement of a festive Banarasi without the heaviness often associated with richly brocaded silks — making it an elegant choice for summer celebrations, festive lunches, pujas, intimate gatherings and monsoon occasions.

Pair it with a silver blouse for a cooler, contemporary look, or bring out the warmth of the zari with muted gold jewellery.

This saree comes with a running blouse material.
