- Products once sold cannot be exchanged.
- We are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Return and exchanges are not accepted for sarees that the customer has availed our ‘Saree Finishing’ service (pre-stitched with fall & pico) for.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received incorrect product.
- We are a company based in India and no returns on any international orders are accepted.
Each item is examined and packed with utmost care before dispatch. Therefore, chances of receiving a damaged product are rare, but in case where damage has occurred during the shipment transit or incorrect product has been sent -

Please email us contact@sumacollective.in or Whatsapp us at 9289002256 with an unboxing video and photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt.

Once we approve the return, we will let you know the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.

Refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within seven working days after we have received the shipment.
