Domestic Shipping

At Suma Collective, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted treasures with care and efficiency.

Free Shipping Across India

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders placed through our website, regardless of order value.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully packed and dispatched through our trusted courier partners. You will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days, except for items that are made to order or on pre-order. For these orders, there will be an estimated production time. We will keep you informed about your order via email. 

  • Although we strive to ship your goods as soon as possible, there may be logistical delays around state & national holidays.

  • Please note the delivery may take between 5-7 business days across India.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. For all international orders shipping charges are applicable and non-refundable. 

  • International shipping charges depend on the size & weight of the package and delivery location.

  • For international orders, VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per customer’s country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. We are unable to advise on the duty amount. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery and are not part of our shipping costs.

  • Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Some areas may take longer depending on customs clearance.
