Cancellation Policy

We do not entertain cancellations once an order has been placed.

Return & Refund

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in case you have received a damaged product or a wrong product.

Each item is examined and packed with utmost care before dispatch. Therefore, chances of receiving a damaged product are rare, but in case where damage has occurred during the shipment transit - 

• Please email us contact@sumacollective.in with a video and photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt.
  

• Once we approve the return, we will let you know the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
  

• Refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 2 working days after we receive the shipment in good condition.
